Carlisle Bay, Antigua
The hotel is set on a breathtaking beach on the tranquil south coast of Antigua, only 30 minutes from the airport. The all-suite luxury beach resort has 82 ocean-facing suites all with a balcony or terrace. The spacious Garden and Ocean Suites for couples are quite separate from the family-friendly Beach and Carlisle Suites.
The luxury hotel offers some of the best food in the Caribbean with three restaurants:
- beachfront Indigo on the Beach
- pan-Asian East
- recently opened Ottimo! serving Italian classics by the pool.
The award-winning spa Blue offers a fantastic selection of treatments including Natura Bissé, yoga and Pilates in the garden pavilion. Other activities are varied with tennis and water sports for action lovers, whilst those seeking serious relaxation can chill in the library or cinema – unique amongst hotels in Antigua.
Carlisle Bay is ideal for Caribbean family vacations and is a firm favourite with families of all ages with its Cool Kids Club for young children and school holiday activities for teenagers.

After much discussion my wife and I realised that it was time for us to visit the west coast of Canada. We knew that we wanted mountains, lakes and rivers and of course the wonderful wildlife that those environments support. However, we did not quite know how best to achieve these aims.
Enter Small World Travel! Several discussions with Sarah over coffee followed with many different options discussed. Many were rejected as they did not match our personal preferences, but nothing was too much trouble for Sarah. Sarah’s research and experience from other customers proved invaluable and the suggested final itinerary was just perfect with the right amount of time in each location. It was a memorable trip with some fantastic experiences. We went to Canada feeling confident that all would work out and we were given excellent information and contacts if things went slightly amiss. The lovely thing about it all was that on our return all the staff were interested in how the holiday had gone and how much we had enjoyed it.
Thank you to everyone in this lovely, professional travel agency.
